    NOTICE
    1. Please complete the online reservation form on our website or write us an email for inquiry. We accept New Taiwan Dollars (NTD) only and please provide payment at the end of your trip.
    2. The quotes listed above include chauffeur, gas, tolls, parking and liability insurance. If you require a commercial invoice, there will be a 5% VAT added.
    3. Our prices for the airport shuttle are the same, no matter if you need pick up or drop off. If your pick up or drop off location is especially far away or in a rural area, we may need to provide you a special quote.
    4. Between the hours of 23:00-24:00 and 5:00-6:00, there is an additional NTD100 fee. Between the hours of 24:00-5:00, there is an additional NTD200 fee.
    5. If you have more than one pick up or drop off location, there will be an additional NTD100-300 charge depending on the distance between locations. We encourage you to utilize our services for carpooling to be environmentally friendly!
    6. For airport pick up only - If you do not have a Taiwanese phone number, we will need to make a sign board with your name. So we can find you in the pick up area. This will cost NTD100.
    SCHEDULE CHANGES OR DELAYS
    1. For airport drop off – We know that sometimes you may encounter unforeseen circumstances. If you are not ready at the confirmed pick up time, there is a grace period of wait time within 30 minutes. Starting at 30 minutes, there is a charge of NTD200 per 30 minutes of wait time.
    2. For airport pick up – If your flight is cancelled or delayed unexpectedly, we recognize that you are not at fault. There will be no additional charge of wait time for change of plans due to flight delays.
    3. If you change your flight on a short notice, please notify us immediately. We will try our best to accommodate your new plans but may need to cancel or change your vehicles/chauffeurs due to scheduling conflicts.
    4. If you need to cancel our services, please notify us no later than 3 hours prior to your appointment time. There will be a cancellation fee of half your quoted rate if you do not notify us with a 3-hour window.
    5. We pride ourselves on being dependable for our customers. In the case that there are unpredictable traffic or weather conditions and your chauffeur is more than 15 minutes late, you will receive a 20% discount.
